Poached Fillet of Fresh Salmon served with a white wine and dill sauce, also with a side of boiled vegetables and mashed potatoes

A baby profiterole,
a slice of lemon cheese cake
and a chocolate sponge sandwiched with raspberry cream
served with a squeeze of freshly whipped cream in the middle
together with a chocolate wafer roll
And the wedding cake was cut.
Which was a delicious chocolate biscuit wedding cake! Definitely didn't expect that one.
