It was Murli Boevi's big day as he graduated from the University of Limerick with a degree in his hand.
Along with that, Antonio Moldovan too passed the long race.
So we decided to go down to Marco Polo in Limerick to have a celebratory dinner!
Appetiser: Crispy Fried Chicken
Appetiser : Tomato and Mozzarella Cheese Bruschetta
Appetiser : Battered prawn with thousand island dressing
Appetiser : A bowl of mussels dressed in the restaurant's secret sauce
Main Course : Barbequed Chicken on a sizzling platter with a sweet sour sauce filled with spices
Main Course : Braised Tender Duck which was such a huge portion!
Main Course : Pesto Pasta with cherry tomatoes, slices of aubergine and courgettes
Main Course : Fish with a sauce I didn't really find out haha!
Main Course : Mushroom and Chicken Risotto
Dessert : Death by Chocolate with a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream with fresh cream

Personally, the food was fabulous, but there was a mess up with bill at the end of the evening with miscalculations due to the machine and stuff like that. But the most important thing was...
We had a great time together!
